200G QSFP56 AOC
The ATRQ-7xxx-3 Transceiver is a high-performance, cost-effective module for serial optical data communication applications to 200G. The ATRQ-7xxx-3 is designed to Data Center accept IEEE 802.3cd 200G BASE-SR4 specification traffic for 70m on OM3/ 100m on OM4.
The ATRQ-7xxx-3 integrates four independent transmitters and four independent receivers inside. The module consists of an 850nm VCSEL array, a PIN array, a linear TIA and a linear driver. The ATRQ-7xxx-3 has advantages with low power consumption and low cost.
